- Certificate Copy (Teaching Credential, Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit or Certificate of Clearance. We will assist you in applying for a substitute permit if you do not hold an “Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit”. Upload a blank sheet of paper in lieu of a CTC issued document.)
- Copy of Transcript (OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS showing the conferral of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university AND ALL community college.)
- Test Results/Materials (Basic Skill Requirement -https://www.ctc.ca.gov/credentials/leaflets/basic-skills-requirement-(cl-667)
