Ethan is hands down the greatest hairstylist I have ever encountered. He gave me a gorgeous balayage and the best haircut I've had in years. If you're looking for a color guru Ethan is your guy. If you're in his chair you're in good hands. Don't hesitate to book with him. He might be one of the youngest stylists on staff, but that's one of the pluses of booking him! Because he will actually take the time to listen to what you want and make your hair goals a reality. Seriously, I am being stopped in the store, because people are loving this color. Nicole- great job on color. Her updos are so pretty. She was finishing up one as I waited. My hair takes on red and I'll go to her again to darken it with a cooler shade. I'm on meds so it's not her fault. Taylor-did a cut listened a did what I asked but If you're tender headed do not go to her.Serena- I love love love her! My kids are biracial, sshe will now be my daughters stylist.

Rendi booked the appointment, confirmed them for Thursday and then put them in the schedule for Friday. Apologizing "as the Manager", assuring us the mistake was done by the stylist and she had no control over it, she "assured" us she'd have myself and my Mom taken care of. Then she disappeared. My Mom got her Perm (it took 2 1/2 hours), the girl did a good job and was very sweet. I never got a cut, Rendi never told anyone I needed one. Then got the bill and was absolutely blown away by the prices charged. I've had a perm at a nationally recognized salon that didn't charge such outrageous prices. The stylist Serina did a great job. How Rendi can be a manager and provide such shoddy customer service, not follow up on her screw up, not take responsibility for her mistake or make certain the error was corrected is beyond my comprehension. It's not surprising there were soo many empty chairs in the large salon. I don't think Covid has much to do with it.
