Blown Away Salon is the BEST, most friendly and accommodating Salon I have been to in a long time! Thank you, Andrea Barnes, for your flexibility (I had a rough afternoon and was late arriving) and for the awesome job you did on my hair. My partial highlights (top of my head) blended perfectly with the rest of my hair and I love the cut! I got out in record time (was in a hurry due to some unforeseen circ*mstances, actually poor planning on my part), but Andrea was all smiles and very gracious. I don’t usually book my next appointment until I NEED another haircut, but Andrea and this Salon were so impressive, I booked for 8 weeks out and will drive to Williamsburg even though this location is further from my home. Honestly I was apprehensive to come in because I had to bring my toddler in but the staff here is so friendly and they were so good with my child and due to hurricane Ian my hair dresser had her child in too which was SUCH a relief cause they played nicely together while I got my hair done for the first time in a long time! My stylist Andrea really listened to me and made sure that the length was exactly what I wanted! I think it’s been like 3 years since I’ve felt this good about my hair so I tried not to cry in the end but I’m one happy customer. Also shout out to her boss for being understanding of her home life, we need more bosses like her <3

I came with my family to vacation here in Williamsburg for a week, but the day before I left on a two-day car trip, I received a haircut that was not at all what I asked for (and even looked bad). After arriving, I made an appointment here at Blown Away Salon and was helped by Andrea. She did an awesome job fixing my hair and was a very pleasant stylist. The atmosphere was very inviting, the company called and texted with updates about my appointment, and I even received a small goody bag. Good job and thank you.

I went in to see Michelle the owner and I will be back! First of all Michelle is really personable and very kind. Second, she really listened to what I wanted and she gave me pricing before we started. I have never had someone be so upfront about these kinds of services. Got a shampoo cut and blow dry with Michelle. Best haircut ever. Compliments from friends and strangers. Thrilllllled. Would highly recommend Michelle to anyone. She listens and delivers a great cut.
